METAMASK(MOBILE APP) – DOWNLOAD, SETUP, ADD BIANACE SMART CHAIN NETWORK & ADD BNB TO THE WALLET

  1. How to Download & Setup MetaMask on your Mobile?

Step 1: Download Trust Wallet from App Store/Google Play Store

Step 2: Launch MetaMask App, There are 3 options to start with 

  1. Import using Secret Recovery Phrase: Here, If you already have an account and just trying to login to meta mask then use your Recovery Phrase to retrieve your old account.
  2. Sync with MetaMask Extension: Here you can Sync your MetaMask account which is connected through MetaMask extension on your Computer/Laptop’s Browser.
  3. Create a new wallet: With this option, you can create a new account wallet on MetaMask.

Step 4: Click on Create a new wallet, Enter New Password and Confirm Password, Checkmark “I understand…” and then click on Create Password, You will be on the secure wallet step, Keep on doing next till you get your Recovery Phrase.

Step 5: You will be receiving your Recovery Phrase, Click on the View button to reveal it.  In this step, you will receive your 12-word recovery phrase, which acts as a backup for your funds. Do write down that recovery phrase anywhere as there is no other way to retrieve your account without that phase. If you lose your recovery phrase you will lose your funds with it. 

Step 6: Select the Recovery Phrase here in the correct order which was shown before. After doing so, Click on Complete Backup.

IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended to do your backup now and store it somewhere safe!

Your wallet is ready!!!

2)  HOW TO ADD BINANCE SMART CHAIN NETWORK TO METAMASK APP WALLET #

Step 1: Launch MetaMask Wallet App on your mobile, Click on the Menu(three horizontal lines on Left Top). Click on Settings

Step 2: Click on Networks then click on Add Network.

Step 3: Enter given data to its corresponding fields, then click on Add button. Binance Smart Chain will be added to the Networks.

  • Network Name: Binance Smart Chain (You can name it whatever you want like BSC)
  • New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/
  • ChainID: 56
  • Symbol: BNB
  • Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com/
